They were prompt and courteous from the beginning to end of the job. The water heater replacement looks professionally done. I had requested a Rheem, because it's a name brand I trusted. A State Select was installed, which I hope is as good a product as the old water heater. It was also a brand I wasn't familiar with, and it was 16 yrs. old and still working without leaks. I also had them replace the shut-off valves for my washing machine.

Called them recently about a water heater leaking, they came out the next morning, diagnosed the problem, ordered new heater, picked it up and installed it that afternoon.
